About Matt

I am an entrepreneur at heart and a developer in practice.  I have a couple projects I’m working on in addition to the freelance work that I do.  I’m most excited about TheIdeaStartup - a site I helped co-found which makes writing a business plan and developing financial projections a lot easier.

I graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA  in May 2008 where I got my undergraduate degree in Business Administration–with concentrations in both Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship.  I encourage you to look over my portfolio and resume to learn more about me professionally.  You can also read about my journey using and finding technology.

Personally speaking, I grew up in Vernon, CT where I currently live with my wife Kristen.  We got married in 2008 and took a 3 1/2 month honeymoon around the world.  Needless to say, we had an amazing time and have officially caught the travel bug.  She’s a 4th school teacher (we have very different jobs).

I love my job and my wife.  I’m also enthusiastic about photography, playing the guitar, playing golf and eating new foods.  I don’t love cold weather.
